We are committed to finding more and more ways to save energy and have a host of actions we have implemented in store. We are constantly looking for ways to enhance this moving forward.

Heating – Our heating in store is kept at a constant level, keeping it at one comfortable temperature in store can save 8% per °C! With most of our stores having automatic doors, with some having enhanced even more energy saving features we are able to control the efficiency.

Lights – Most of our stores are fitted with energy saving LED lights, lasting longer and using less energy. Our car park lights are set to timers, with some of our stores also having occupancy sensors to the lights are only on when they are needed.

All of these little measures go a long way in reducing energy usage in our stores.
